At the beginning of 2019, SheWorks collaborated with female leaders from Salesforce, Tquilia and Arxxus to deliver their WorkForce Women Program. We recruited four Fitted for Work clients into a 6-month paid Salesforce Administrator Traineeships.
Salesforce is the worlds #1 customer service platform. This program provided an opportunity for women to learn new, competitive skills and provided them with a career pathway into the fast-growing Salesforce eco-system.
Khevana was one of the four women placed, and we are thrilled to share that she has since secured full-time ongoing employment.
Khevana shared her experience with us, saying:
“I really don’t have words to describe my gratitude towards all of you as you all are the masterminds of the WorkForce Women program.
You may or may not know, but I have been offered a full-time position as a Customer Success Analyst. That’s a great success as a result of this program.
We had our annual financial year event last week, and I got awarded as “Rookie of the year 2019”. This was like icing on the cake.
On this occasion, I want to take an opportunity and thank you all as you all are part of my success. Thanks once again, I will plan and try to catch up with you all soon.”
