The Coles partnership plays a vital role in helping more women achieve economic security through employment. In the lead-up to International Women’s Day 2026, Coles pledged to donate 10 cents from every purchase of selected women’s essential items across the Health, Beauty, and Floral categories to Fitted for Work. These items included skincare, haircare, cosmetics, period and continence care products, deodorants, hair removal products, and floral arrangements.
