We recognise the complex challenges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women have and continue to face in relation to economic empowerment and security. Our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), Reflect, lays the foundations for future RAPs at Fitted for Work, and further reconciliation initiatives.
