I attended Fitted For Work yesterday with a representative from Vision Australia in order to find suitable work attire. My experience from start to finish was wonderful and I left your offices feeling on top of the world and ready to tackle looking for work. Your staff were very attentive and kind and made me feel like I was worth a million dollars.
The last few years for me have been very difficult as I lost my eyesight in my mid 30’s. Finding clothing became a chore and a necessity. I did not look forward to shopping or even trying to find work with my new disability.
I cannot begin to thank your wonderful volunteers for making trying on clothes a fun experience and for giving me numerous outfits that have made me feel like a strong confident woman and not just a blind woman looking for work.
