Wendy is a Non-executive Director of Coles Group, and a Deputy Chancellor & Council Member of The University of Melbourne.  In addition, Wendy is the Chair of the Industry Advisory Board for the Centre for Business Analytics at the Melbourne Business School, a member of the AICD’s Governance of Innovation & Technology Advisory panel, a member of Kearney’s ANZ Advisory panel and a member of Chief Executive Women’s Leaders Development Committee.

Wendy was previously the Chair & non-executive Director of Blackmores, a non-executive director of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Altium, and a member of the Digital Experts Advisory Committee for the Digital Taskforce in the federal government’s Department of Industry, Science & Resources.
