Fitted for Work offers a variety of partnership opportunities, ranging from one-off team-building and fundraising activities to long-term, multi-year partnerships.

The Coles partnership helps more women to achieve economic empowerment through employment. In the lead-up to International Women’s Day, Coles pledged to donate 10 cents from every purchase of selected women’s essential items across the Health, Beauty, and Floral categories to Fitted for Work. This included products such as skincare, haircare, cosmetics, period care, continence care, deodorants, hair removal products, and floral arrangements. The 2024 campaign successfully raised $533,000, which will provide support to 1,000 women, enabling them to access Fitted for Work services. These services will equip women with the necessary skills, confidence, and mindset to secure meaningful employment.
