Is Zoom Free?
Yes Zoom is completely free to use when joining a meeting.
Do I need data for Zoom?
No, unless you are not connected to wifi. Zoom is an online platform, so if you are connected to wifi, you are not using any data.
Do I need to download the app to use Zoom?
No, you are able to join a meeting online through any browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc. Downloading Zoom can make for a smoother experience when using the platform, however it is not necessary to join a meeting.
Do I need a password to join the meeting?

How does the waiting room work?
When you first join the meeting you will see a waiting room screen, think of this like a waiting room in real life. A staff member will start the meeting at your appointment time. You won’t be waiting long so just sit back and relax.
