Join our Member Engagement team as an enthusiastic phone-based Sales Consultant who has the desire to exceed customer expectations. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining relationships with our members.

About the Role:

Provide excellent Customer Service to all internal and external customers/members.

Hit the ground running with this inbound contact centre position.  With our fully paid and structured training program, you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge. Then join a team who backs each other, in the kind of workplace people enjoy coming to.

You will play a critical role in helping people who value and appreciate your care, and our products and services. With lots of variety, every day this role will bring new experiences.

  • Permanent full-time roles.
  • 5-week rotational shift roster – includes every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) with shifts scheduled between the hours of 7.00am – 6.00pm.
  • Hybrid working arrangement – providing great flexibility.
  • Drive sales – by focusing on members’ needs and providing immediate and effective solutions with our range of products and services.
  • Champion personalised conversations – by providing exceptional service experiences that deliver on our brand promise.
