Nayanisha is the Head of Policy & Advocacy at the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA). Nayanisha is a former lawyer with extensive federal public sector experience in governance, corporate compliance and regulation. She is also a board member and Secretary of a Victorian charity, Juno Services Inc., focused on supporting and advocating for women and non-binary people facing family violence and homelessness.

Nayanisha has a keen interest in good governance and regulation, sustainability and sustainable finance as well as experience in overseeing complex policy projects.
