Donna is a highly motivated leader with over twenty years’ experience in consulting and the education sector. She has worked with a range of Vocational and Education Training (VET), Higher Education and commercial organisations, including many of Australia’s top 100 companies
Donna has a proven track record of creating organisations that are commercially successful and provide a meaningful service to those who are experiencing disadvantage. She has held a number of executive roles, locally and internationally, which have centred on the development of innovative strategies that empower diverse groups.
Donna’s wealth of knowledge and experience of diversity and inclusion issues place her perfectly to grow our advocacy programs, as well as extend Fitted for Work’s pre- and post-employment services.
Importantly, Donna is a great cultural fit. She believes in a collaborative leadership approach, and encourages a sense of fun and creativity. She understands from a personal perspective how important it is not only for a woman to experience the dignity that work brings, but also how employment impacts family, the wider community and the growth of the Australian economy and society as a whole.
