Michael is a consultant with Egon Zehnder, one of the world’s most respected leadership and talent advisory firms, and leads the firm’s Industrial Practice Group in ANZ. He advises CEOs, board members and executive teams on leadership development with specialties in CEO and Board succession. Prior to Egon Zehnder, Michael led global commercial innovation programs at General Electric.
