Today we announce a change in the leadership of the FFW Board.

Mary Crooks AO has been Chair for the past eight and a half years. She has chosen to step down from the role as Chair of Fitted for Work, due to her role in leading the important work of the ‘Together Yes’ Campaign. The workload involved in this campaign, as well as her duties as Executive Director of the Victorian Women’s Trust, requires her full attention. Thankfully, Mary has agreed to remain on the Board until her tenure finishes in September this year.

The Board and Staff of Fitted for Work wish to pay their respect and deep gratitude to Mary who has guided the organisation as Chair for since 2014.  In that time Fitted for Work has grown from a fledgling state based NFP to a strong national organisation that is able to generate over a third of its own revenue.

The Board is delighted to announce that Wendy Stops is the new Chair. Wendy has been a Board Member since 2015 and has held roles as the Chair of FFW’s Governance and Technology & Media Committees.  Wendy is also the Chair and Non-Executive Director of Blackmores Group, a Non-Executive Director of the Coles Group and Deputy Chancellor and Council Member of the University of Melbourne. In addition, she is the Chair of the Industry Advisory Board for the Melbourne Business School’s Centre for Business Analytics and a member of the AICD’s Governance of Technology & Innovation Panel.
