Rowena O’Neill

Rowena is a strategic adviser with close to twenty years’ experience spanning the finance and not-for-profit sectors. She is a Director at Mandala Partners, a global research firm offering distinctive economics, policy and strategy capabilities. Rowena also holds the roles of Board Director and Company Secretary at the Melbourne Women’s Foundation, a giving circle supporting women and girls across Melbourne. Earlier in her career, she worked in equity capital markets and investment management at Macquarie Group and was Director of Social Impact at Impact Economics, a policy consultancy. Rowena is a founding member and former Curator of the Sydney Hub of the Global Shapers Community, a World Economic Forum initiative spanning over 500 city-based hubs worldwide. She holds a Master of Finance from INSEAD, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
