Clutching her new clothes, Josie Cohen walked out onto the Melbourne street with her head held high. Just an hour earlier, the homeless mum had arrived at the doors of the charity Fitted for Work, with her eyes fixed on the ground. But after receiving an interview outfit, résumé help and a much-needed confidence boost, something had shifted.
