At Fitted for Work, our purpose of empowering women and gender-diverse jobseekers to achieve economic independence has never been more critical. Despite this gap, there is hope for a brighter economic future for women in Australia.

When in remission from metastatic breast cancer, Martha felt she’d been given a second chance at life.
