Case study: Driving Women to Yarra Trams

Yarra Trams wanted to attract more female applicants for tram driver roles, so they approached us to help with their Driven Women Project.

We promoted the project to our candidate pool and supported women through the Yarra Trams driver recruitment process. We provided individual coaching sessions and face-to-face support.

Post placement, we helped successful applicants navigate their first twelve months on the job. We offered ongoing support to all Yarra Trams candidates, whether or not they were successful in their application, through a suite of job readiness activities including a mentor program.
