Access to She Works exclusive Jobs Board

She Works will create a She Works Job Advertisement using gender neutral language or feminine gendered language depending on the role to maximise applicants. We will minimise content to ensure our candidate pool apply.

Pre-Placement Support

Every shortlisted candidate is matched with a She Works Coach who will provide 6 weeks of telephone support as they progress through the recruitment process. This ensures shortlisted candidates are prepared for interviews and have the best chance of succeeding.

Post-Placement Support

Successful placements are supported through their first 6 months of employment by a trained Fitted for Work Mentor. Mentors provide positive role modelling and help employees navigate challenges, problem solve and overcome any issues that may arise when starting a new job.

Recruitment Consultation

She Works will provide expert consultation on your recruitment practices and apply a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lens to your position descriptions to help you attract diverse candidates.

Candidate Screening and Shortlisting

She Works will undertake a comprehensive screening process to find the best candidates for your company.

All candidates will complete both a phone screening and a She Works video pre-interview before being presented for consideration, to ensure your time is spent interviewing only the most suitable candidates.

End to end candidate communication

She Works will handle all communication between employers and candidates, including:

  • Organising employer interview times
  • Providing unsuccessful candidates with constructive feedback and encouragement
  • Conducting referee and other background checks

3 Month Placement Guarantee

If a placement is terminated or resigns during the first 3 months of employment, She Works will provide recruitment services to replace the candidate at no extra cost.

6 Month Placement Guarantee

If a placement is terminated or resigns during the first 6 months of employment, She Works will provide recruitment services to replace the candidate at no extra cost.

Impact Reporting

She Works will provide a quarterly Fitted for Work case study to demonstrate the social return on investment of your partnership fee.

Staff Presentation
An experienced member of our Leadership Team can attend an event to present to your team and stakeholders on the positive social impact of increasing women’s workforce participation. Presentations are suitable for key advocacy dates like International Women’s Day and 16 Days of Activism events or can be tailored to your specific workplace functions.Clothing Drive
Group fundraising has many benefits for organisations, including boosting team morale, fostering team work and connecting staff to a cause. We can support your team to run a Fitted for Work Clothing Drive, to collect work appropriate clothes and accessories to support Fitted for Work’s Personal Outfitting Service.
