Mentoring is a valuable form of support we offer women. Participants are carefully matched with a specially trained Fitted for Work volunteer mentor, who will provide 6-12 months of one-on-one support to help you in securing sustainable employment.

Online Mentoring

A key initiative is the Online Mentor Program designed to increase the reach and support to women who have not been able to access current Fitted for Work programs as a result of geographical, financial or other factors. This innovative program provides:

Feedback from mentees who have participated in Fitted for Work programs highlights improved confidence, access to networks, support and encouragement to try new approaches to job searching.
