Personal Dressing Service Consultant (Volunteer minimum shift of 4 hours)
Location: Melbourne and Parramatta

We are seeking volunteers for the role of Personal Dressing Consultant. This is an important role supporting our female clients through the provision of a free, boutique fitting service and assisting with interview preparation. The role works with the Program Manager and highly motivated volunteers who deliver the dressing service.

Client/Admin Support (Volunteer)
Location: Melbourne

We are seeking a volunteer for the role of Client/Admin Support. This is an important role providing our clients with the opportunity to give feedback on our free services to ensure that they meet the needs of women experiencing disadvantage and looking for work. The role involves phoning clients and completing the feedback form with them, and maintaining our data collection records. The role works with the Melbourne Program Manager and highly motivated volunteers who deliver the dressing service.

Clothing Operations Coordinator
Location: Parramatta

We are seeking a volunteer for the role of Clothing Operations Coordinator. This is an important behind the scenes role supporting the boutique fitting service. It involves sorting and preparing donated clothes for the boutique and the clothing sales. The role works with the Program Manager and highly motivated volunteers who deliver the dressing service.

The Conscious Closet Sale Volunteers
Location: Melbourne and Parramatta

These volunteer roles support the on selling of non-work appropriate items to raise money through our social enterprise retail shop (Melbourne) and regular pop up sales (Parramatta). Tasks include; customer service; sorting donations; set up, pack down and general cleaning; sales preparation, notation and processing. Mentoring Roles in Melbourne and Parramatta

Interested in becoming a mentor for clients in our WomanKind programs? You will be required to undertake training hours of up to 12 hours and be able to commit to two hours per fortnight with your mentee for a minimum of 6 months. More information can be found here.

Bilingual volunteers in Parramatta

We are currently seeking volunteers who are bilingual (Arabic, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Fillipino/Tagalog or Hindi) and have the skills and knowledge to assist our clients from a culturally and/or linguistically diverse background (CALD) with their resumes.

Your role will be to review existing resumes and to help women create their resumes from scratch.

Admin support roles arise from time to time and some are ongoing. They include but are not limited to seeking and recording feedback from clients, volunteers and referral agencies, data base management, updating policies, marketing, administration, procedures and training documentation.
