We are seeking a volunteer for the role of Client/Admin Support. This is an important role providing our clients with the opportunity to give feedback on our free services to ensure that they meet the needs of women experiencing disadvantage and looking for work. The role involves phoning clients and completing the feedback form with them, and maintaining our data collection records. The role works with the Melbourne Program Manager and highly motivated volunteers who deliver the dressing service.
We are seeking a volunteer for the role of Clothing Operations Coordinator. This is an important behind the scenes role supporting the boutique fitting service. It involves sorting and preparing donated clothes for the boutique and the clothing sales. The role works with the Program Manager and highly motivated volunteers who deliver the dressing service.
These volunteers role supports the on selling of non- work appropriate items to raise money through our pop up sales. Tasks include; sorting donations; set up, pack down and general cleaning; sales preparation and customer service. Interested in becoming a mentor for clients in our WomanKind programs? You will be required to undertake training hours of up to 12 hours and be able to commit to two hours per fortnight with your mentee for a minimum of 6 months. More information can be found here.

We are currently seeking volunteers who are bilingual (Arabic, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Fillipino/Tagalog or Hindi) and have the skills and knowledge to assist our clients from a culturally and/or linguistically diverse background (CALD) with their resumes.
Your role will be to review existing resumes and to help women create their resumes from scratch.
