About the Role:
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist to join the business services team and play a critical role in making sure our people and our visitors have been greeted in a polite, professional manner, ensuring that the company is represented to the highest standard. The ideal candidate is someone with a bubbly and warm nature, who stays calm under pressure, and who can juggle the varied and competing front-of-house tasks from answering phones to greeting clients. In your role you will also be accountable for;
- Diary management and coordination of meeting rooms
- Organising provision of catering and refreshments for meetings & office events
- Liaise with building concierge regarding visitors, arrivals & access pass management
- Timesheet administration and expense checking, including monthly credit card reconciliation
- Managing general office logistics, post, couriers, stationery and kitchen supplies
- Act as appointed emergency warden and first aider
- Adhoc administration support for the corporate services team & business services lead
About You:
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent phone manner, customer service and communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop professional relationships across all aspects of the business;
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Collaborative, enthusiastic and keen to offer new ideas, suggestions, and improvements
