 About the Role:

To maximise shift bookings by effectively managing all aspects of the recruitment process including but not limited to staff recruitment, completion of bookings.  Oversee the growth of a portfolio(s) to maximise business growth. Reports to Team Leader in Head Office.

About You: 

Confident Administrator with sales and service experience, ideally having some Human resources management skills and candidate management experience.

Good database management skills with the ability to navigate multiple platforms at one time confidently.  Excellent communication and consulting skills for internal candidates and external partners. An understanding of the health care industry, legislation and market trends would be desirable for the role.
