About the Role:

Fitted for Work’s She Works team are recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join the award-winning Mortgage Choice Franchise team at Elsternwick. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strong customer service skills, general administration and assistance with loan applications and follow up. Join a small dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Maintenance of reception area
  • Client correspondence
  • Maintenance of office supplies
  • Mail distribution
  • Assisting our loan consultants with their loan applications
What You’ll Bring:
  • To land this role you will have a friendly disposition and great interpersonal skills.
  • You will also have at least 1 year’s administration experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Great attention to detail and an exceptional customer service ethic.
  • Exposure to financial services and a Business Certificate in Administration is preferred but not essential, along with experience using Google Workspace and CRM systems.
