We are looking for a dynamic General Manager, Marketing & Communications for a 6 month parental leave cover (April to October 2017), with a possible 6 month extension. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and be part of the Executive Team. The role has one direct report and covers all areas of marketing, PR and fundraising communications.

This role would suit a hands-on, results-driven and creative person who has a proven track record of achieving targets by building and delivering effective campaigns. The GM of Marketing & Comms is an integral role at Fitted for Work as it is responsible for overseeing communication with a diverse range of stakeholders who are key to Fitted for Work’s activities and its outcomes for clients.

Across our services in Melbourne and Parramatta, we currently have 16 staff, over 300 volunteers, 300+ community referral partners and 200+ business supporters. All passionate about helping women step out of disadvantage and into work.
